Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered – unused, unopened, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

How to make a return:
1. Contact us
Email us at info@smartlinesweden.com and include your order number and what you would like to return. 

2. Wait for approval
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

3. Send the item back
Return the product according to our instructions.

Please note:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Products purchased from one of our retailers must be returned through the respective retailer and will be handled by them

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
